Taste Of Downtown: East Village

Enjoy a taste of Downtown Long Beach’s culinary culture with sips and samples from various DTLB restaurants, bars and more! TASTE OF DOWNTOWN RETURNS! Experience and explore the unique flavors of Downtown Long Beach’s 1.38 square miles by tasting and sampling culinary creations from local eateries, bars, watering holes, restaurants and more. This event is free to attend and features Live Music & DJs, Bite Size Food Samples, Beer, Wine, and Cocktails from Downtown’s rich community of creatives, chefs, brewers and mixologists, along with activities and experiences highlighting each neighborhood. Taste of Downtown is a three-part food and beverage tasting series, hosted by Downtown Long Beach Alliance, where guests can sample portions of signature dishes provided Downtown. Kicking off the Taste of Downtown series on May 10 & 11 is Taste of Downtown: East Village. Join us along 1st Street between Elm and Linden for two consecutive nights of indulging in delicious offerings while enjoying all this distinct Downtown neighborhoods has to offer. Our largest event in the series, Pine and Promenade, will follow in June, with the Taste series to conclude at the Waterfront in August for some epic oceanside bites and breezes.
