Customers line up as early as 3 hours before each drop. The line forms in our secure parking lot accessible via the alley behind our building at 1210 Mateo St. Doors open at 9am sharp. On days with inclement weather, the line forms under cover indoors. If capacity is reached we employ a one in, one out system as needed to ensure a manageable shopping experience.
