This family-focused, drop-in art workshop introduces participants to tātau, the traditional Polynesian tattoo practice. Members of ʻArioi, an Indigenous cultural center in Tahiti, discuss its history, symbols, patterns, and the stories connected to them.Participants then create a bookmark inspired by tātau. All art-making supplies are provided.
