What is Outing?
Outing helps you find local events — pop-up shops, art shows, music performances, and more happening in your community.
Is Outing free to use?
Yes. Browsing, saving, RSVPing to free events, and hosting on Outing are free. Some events sell tickets through the organizer or a ticket seller; Outing links you there.
How do I create an account?
Open the sign-up page and follow the steps. You can register with your email address and a password.
Events & Experiences
How do I find events near me?
Enable location and browse the home feed for nearby events. You can also search specific places or browse by category.
Can I host my own event on Outing?
Yes. Organizers can create and list their events on our platform. Visit the Create Event page to get started.
How do I get tickets?
Free events may show an RSVP button. Ticketed events link to the organizer or ticket seller, who handles payment and refunds. For help with an order, contact support with the event name and the email you booked with.
Account & Settings
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. We'll email instructions to create a new password.
Can I change my username?
Yes. Go to your account settings, open Profile, and update your username.
How do I delete my account?
Open account settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete Account. This action is permanent.
