Free to discover and host

Browse events, follow people, publish a listing, recommend an event, and manage free RSVPs without a subscription or listing fee.

Outing charges no transaction fee for free RSVPs, pay-at-the-door reservations, or links to external booking sites. An external provider may have its own fees.

Paid bookings

Card ticketing on Outing is not available yet. The following pricing applies when it becomes available.

Guests pay a service fee of 6% + $0.99 per order. Standard payment processing is included. The fixed fee applies once to the order, even when it contains several tickets.

For a ticket with a $30 face value, a guest pays $32.79 and the host receives $30 before refunds and other adjustments.

The displayed guest total includes the mandatory service fee. Any applicable taxes are identified before payment. Outing pays its processor from the service fee; processing is not another deduction from the host’s face value.

These prices are in US dollars. Existing orders retain the price and fee agreed at checkout.

Refunds

An approved full refund of an Outing booking includes its service fee. A partial refund includes the fee allocated to the refunded tickets, with any rounding remainder returned when the order is fully refunded.
